These terms govern purchases and use of dentalcoreinstruments.com. The seller is Dental Core Instruments LLC, doing business as Coretix Dental Supplies.
The business
We operate an online catalog of professional dental instruments, equipment, and supplies for licensed US dental practices. We are not a walk-in retail store. Orders are placed on this website or by contacting sales. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay.
Who may buy
Catalog products are intended for licensed dental professionals and authorized practice staff. You are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for your use and for following manufacturer instructions. Site content is not medical advice.
Orders and payment
Submitting a checkout is an offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices displayed. Card payments are processed by Stripe on a secure HTTPS page. We may decline or cancel an order if an item cannot be fulfilled, a price or quantity error is obvious, or payment fails. If we cancel after a charge, we refund the original payment method.

Product information
We work to keep titles, prices, and availability accurate. Catalog copy and images may come from suppliers. If a listing is wrong, contact sales@dentalcoreinstruments.com before or after purchase so we can correct it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dental Core Instruments LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Some states do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sacramento County, California, have venue for disputes that cannot be resolved directly with us.
